Welcome to Oasis Web™. By engaging our services, you agree to the following professional terms designed to ensure a transparent, efficient, and high-quality web design experience. Our mission is to transform your vision into a high-performance digital presence with clarity and trust.
Project Scope and Delivery: Each project includes a custom-built professional website with independent interactive design, responsive layouts, and conversion-focused structures. Standard delivery for the build phase is 4 business days from the receipt of all necessary business assets and content.
Payment Terms: A one-time payment of AU$1000 is required for the initial website build. For clients selecting the fully managed solution, the Hosting & Maintenance Service is priced at AU$89.99 per month, covering domain registration, server hosting, technical updates, and ongoing support.
Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing clear business information and feedback during the mockup phase. Timely communication is essential to meet delivery milestones. Intellectual property rights for the design and content transfer to the client upon full payment of the build fee.
Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel the Hosting & Maintenance Service at any time. If cancelled during an active billing period, the service will remain active until the end of that period. No additional cancellation fees apply.
Due to the custom nature of web design services, all payments made for website development (AUD $1,000) are non-refundable once work has commenced. If a client chooses to cancel the project after payment or during development, no refund will be issued. This policy does not exclude or override any rights the client may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Liability and Compliance: All services are provided in accordance with Australian consumer laws and fair trading regulations. Oasis Web™ maintains a focus on high-performance security but is not liable for third-party hosting service outages or client-led modifications that compromise technical integrity.
Service Subscription & Cancellation Policy
Our managed Hosting & Maintenance Service is provided at a dedicated rate of AU$899 per year, ensuring your digital presence remains secure and high-performing. Clients retain the flexibility to cancel their subscription at any time. Please note that cancellations processed during an active subscription term are subject to a $350 cancellation fee to cover technical setup and administrative liquidation costs. If the service is not renewed at the conclusion of your yearly cycle, no cancellation fee will apply. Oasis Web™ is committed to transparency and operates strictly under Australian Consumer Law and fair trading regulations.
